Woooow, I am so happy with how this came out @_@ This is kind of a big deal picture for me, since it's not only the biggest/most complicated picture I've worked on in a while, but probably the last one I'll do for a few weeks, since school it starting in a week.

When I posted the scrap, a few people asked what exactly she was wearing. The costume here is from Naoko Takeuchi's very first ideas for their outfits. I found it in a scan gallery from an artbook (that I don't have! MUST GET!) called "Sailor Moon: Material Collection", hence the title. Check out Takeuchi-san's Jupiter drawing at this [link] along with her original idea for Venus!

Another reason this is a big deal for me... I got a new printer and I printed this as my first test at 300 dpi. OMFG, the quality is SO GOOD @__@!!!

i wanna make up a "material" costume for uranus too. i dont think naoko had a proto-type costume for any of the outer senshi becuase she decided on the fuku before creating them... so it'd be fun. :3

i think that naoko already decided on the fuku style buy the time she got ot the outer senshi, unfortunately. i would've loved to see what uranus's was. X3
